Deposit
A 20% deposit is required at time of booking in order to confirm your accommodation. Balance is payable at check-in.
Cancellation Policy / Terms & conditions
20% Cancellation Fee applies less than 5 days notice, 50% Cancellation Fee applies less than 3 days notice, 100% Cancellation Fee applies less than 24 hours notice. If an alternative booking is secured the above penalties are at the proprietors discretion.
Bookings
Any single booking of a bed or individual booking of a room or group of guests staying at the property constitutes exclusive use of Fern Cove Bed and Breakfast designated facilities.
All prices provided on this website, listed on the "Tariff" tab are AUD cash only. All credit card transactions made directly with the proprietor will incur a further 4% bank service fee on the cash price indicated. Prices offered to you through the "Book Now" tab located on this website incur additional commission and bank fees. Any other external online booking services that provide a quoted price to you for our product will be higher due to booking fees, commissions and bank fees.
Guests staying with dogs or cats
Pets can only be considered at time of first enquiry. Please provide details of your pet/s when making first contact with the proprietor.
Pets are generally not allowed inside the house however cats and some dogs sleep indoors, an additional pet service fee applies in these circumstances. Pets staying indoors with their owners will incur a pet service fee of AUD 30.00/night.
A good outdoor shelter is provided for your pet/s to stay comfortably with a large backyard to keep your pet safe.
A pet bond of up to AUD 200.00 may apply for damage to property and for unforeseen events.
Pet care and Responsibility
Care and servicing of pets needs including food, water and maintenance of their area, is the sole responsibility of the owner.
In any event and for any reason the proprietor reserves the right to refuse guests with pets wanting accommodation.
