A booking of one week or more receives a 10% discount.
A 10% Pensioner Discount applies (subject to verification)

You are provided with a full breakfast (self-catered), breakfast is optional and will vary the price accordingly.
A 20% deposit is required at time of booking in order to confirm your accommodation. Balance is payable at check-in.
If keys are lost or not returned at check-out, a fee of AUD 20.00 will be required to be payed for room keys. If you require the use of the bedrooms' strongbox, a deposit of AUD 50.00 will be charged for these keys. Deposits will be refunded upon return of keys at check-out.
20% Cancellation Fee applies less than 5 days notice, 50% Cancellation Fee applies less than 3 days notice, 100% Cancellation Fee applies less than 24 hours notice.
If an alternative booking is secured the above penalties are at the proprietors discretion.
